Buyers Home Inspection

Buyer’s Inspection

This thorough inspection of a residential property will detail the condition of the home’s visible and readily accessible components. Your inspection report will be available within 24 hours so that you can get to work on making an informed buying decision as soon as possible.

The inspection includes these components:

  • Roofing System (including flashings, penetrations, & chimneys)
  • Foundation & Crawl Spaces
  • Structural Components
  • Exterior (doors, windows, siding)
  • Interior (doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, stairs)
  • Attic, Insulation, & Ventilation
  • Electrical System
  • Plumbing System
  • HVAC Systems

We’ll use Aerial Drone Photography at no extra cost to inspect roofing systems that cannot be safely walked. Thermal imaging is included as needed for possible problem areas at no extra charge. A moisture meter may also be used during the inspection to pinpoint where a moisture problem may be originating within the structure of the home.

Additional Inspection Services

Pre Listing Home Inspection Services

Pre-Listing Inspection

This thorough evaluation of a residential property is ideal for home sellers to schedule before putting their home on the market. By gaining insights into the nature of the home’s strengths and weaknesses, you’ll know what you need to do to maximize the value of your home.

Home Maintenance Inspection

Home Maintenance Inspection

Homeowners should try to schedule this inspection service annually to stay up-to-date on a home’s maintenance needs. We’ll carefully assess the condition of each readily accessible area of the property, giving you a detailed overview of what needs to be attended to and when the work should be done.

New Construction Inspection

New Construction Inspection

This inspection service is performed shortly before the builder’s final walkthrough of a home that has just been constructed. Depending on what our findings reveal, you’ll know what topics to address with the builder before final closing so that necessary repairs and improvements can be arranged.

Re Inspection

A home should be re-inspected before a transaction is finalized in the event that a defective component was found during our original inspection of the property. After the appropriate repair work has been addressed, we’ll return to the property to ensure that the original issue is resolved and everything checks out with any new installations.

Specialty Tools Used

Drone Inspections

Aerial Drone

In the event that we’re unable to walk a home’s roofing system due to safety issues, we won’t just leave it off the final inspection report—instead, we’ll use our aerial drone whenever necessary to photograph the roof and carry out the inspection as intended.

Thermal Imaging Inspections

Thermal Image Camera

We use a thermal imaging device as needed to assist with the home inspection. It can help us pick up possible problem areas with heat loss and moisture prone areas. It is also a great added tool to any home inspection.

Moisture Meter Inspections

Moisture Meter

The moisture meter is used when there are visible signs of previous moisture issues and in areas that are vulnerable to leaks and high moisture, such as bathrooms.
